We always have the same Rightio engineer. Craig is very skilled and polite. With modern plumbing kit proving so fragile it is reassuring to know such a reliable company.

He certainly knew his job and you could tell he wasn’t trying to extend job like some do to make more money. Like this firm very much and any job needing done will certainly contact firm again.

Excellent and speedy service from a company I used for the first time. Arranging a mutually convenient date and time for the engineer to call to disconnect an ancient cooker was pain-free and easy, the booking advisor very friendly and confident. Within a half an hour the cooker was disconnected and ready for removal once a new appliance is delivered in it's place. Thank you.
