A good overall experience. From first point of contact of calling regarding my faulty shower for a price and checking availability, right up to the engineer fixing the shower. Came out within days of calling and fixed within 48 hours from the first visit. All staff very polite and really helpful. Happy Customer 😊

The tradesman Graeme who attended was superb in all honesty very professional doing the job even liked a chat doing the job, made us feel at ease & reassured us that we were ok & that the damage was not as bad as we feared so brought the stress levels from 100 to 1 in no time If all the tradesmen who work for rightio are gentlemen like him in the company it tells you everything you need to know about the company as a whole. I phoned up about my broken Electric shower. The call centre operative was very polite and got me a quick appointment on my designated day. Adam came out look at my electric shower. Said it was broke, I mean it was 18 years old so I wasn't too surprised when he said he couldn't get parts for it and I'd need a new one. Adam said the office would sort it all for me and book him back in to install the next day if I was happy with that solution, I said yes. Next day Adam came and installed my shower quickly and efficiently communicated the whole time. The shower that was picked for me is the same colour and an updated version of my old one so I'm very happy with it. Adam was so lovely and helpful and quick at his job and a credit to Rightio. In fact everyone has been lovely, quick, efficient and communication has been great throughout. I had read reviews on line... A lot are bad but I think this is because of the cost. Personally I'd rather pay the extra and have a quick, professional and decent plumber in my home than pay less and be messing about with everything that comes normally with trying to get something in your house fixed.

This was an excellent service came first thing the next day They phoned to say they were on there way turned out to be a loose wire but when it's not possible to sort things yourself it's good to know a reliable company

Polite and friendly engineer he arrived on time and cleaned up after himself . Fast and efficient service from start to finish . Only criticism was charged for an extra hour when was only here for 20 min after first hour .

Very helpful and explained things to me. Respectful of property and very respectful to me, 100% lovely gentleman. Knows his work extremely well, nothing was a bother. Boiler fitted well within timescale, left no mess, definitely recommend him more than 100%

The engineer really was outstanding, obviously knew exactly what the problems were. He got to work very quickly, left everything clean and tidy. We were very impressed when we saw he even had a vacuum cleaner with him! He was very pleasant and so very efficient. Thankyou so much.

The plumber arrived within the hour and was professional, courteous and friendly. Great customer service was given towards repairing a leak caused from the head of a nail underneath the floor boards penetrative a pipe in the bathroom and causing a drip through the floorboards to the Hall below. Plumber Mike worked swiftly and efficiently explaining each stage of the job as he went along. I felt reassured with the result of his expertise and am more than satisfied with the final result. Rang Rightio to fix my upstairs lights, spoke to Jasmine who was very courteous, professional and dealt with my query very quickly. Within an hour and a half Roy the Electrician was at my front door.
