Great service. After being let down by another company Rightio stepped up and solved the issue. They were even £100 cheaper than the first company. Engineer was great too. Hopefully I won't need to use them again, but if I do they'll be the first company I phone.

Dan arrived early and conducted a thorough service on our boiler ,he gave a full explanation on the state of our boiler and even noticed that our co2 detector needed new batteries .Great job thank you

After a mixup with booking with another company, I rang back Rightio who I found very accommodating and got a plummer out to me within the hour. The plummer was reassuring, polite replaced my new tap in no time very happy with result.

Although not reported as an emergency an engineer arrived within 3 hours of my phone call to replace faulty taps in the shower room hand basin. Excellent job done quickly and cheerfully.
