All the boxes ticked ; received an e-mail informing me of what time to expect the engineer; the engineer arrived in good time. The job was completed in good time , and the engineer (Hamid) left the job clean & tidy, and gave instruction on the new installation.

Staff were so helpful when arranging emergency plumber. Talked me through every step of process, including pricing. Prices reasonable if job completed with 30 mins. Also offered care plan which again reasonably priced and great cover. Engineer was fantastic and had blockage fixed quickly. Would recommend righto as customer service and emergency service was first class.

This was the first time using your services, however I found that the service received was first class. From the initial phone call to the technician arriving on site quicker than expected and the ability of the technician to quickly identify the fault and proved the appropriate fix to get us back up and running was exceptional. Ididfeel the price was a little excessive but after all it is Easter Monday so only to be expected. I won’t estimate to use your service if required I the future.
